Please I urgently need your advice.
I once apply for US visa but was denied 5years ago, but I want to apply for visa this time around.
The issue is my surname (this is a family decision) have been change and effected on my passport.
Please what is the consequences of change of name as a man? I don't want to be deny visa this time cause am going for a course.

provider its your surname try and swear affidavit in high court and take your it along incase when they ask you , or go for any new paper publication to back it up , ready to tell them good reason why your family decided to change their surname
