Last week I bought a #500 Glo recharge card, upon scratching the silver panel some numbers got pilled off. So I called Glo CC then provided him with the card serial number and the visible numbers of the scratch card. The customer care agent said I should stay on the line while he runs some checks which seems to take like 6mins and I was relied with "we couldn't get information about the card due to some system upgrade bla bla call back later thank you". Each time I called I get same reply from another agent so all I did was to count my loss. Have u had an issue well settled by this customer care agents? |

Glo as a whole is inefficient, and you know what they say about a sick head....it affects the whole body. |
