Job Specifications

Ensure the delivery of timely and quality service to customers.
Serving as the bridge between the sales team and the technical support team in the delivery of Service.
Assist product and service Managers to design product and service information materials for customers.
Manage and ensure resolution of customer complaints and work towards non-repetition of the same issues based on quality of service and expected level of service.
Managing complaints and ensuring that the right officer is handling the issues and reporting within record time to complaint resolutions.

Present periodic statistics and reports on total number of renewals, total number of reported problems, total number of closed cases and pending cases
Interact with customers to identify new ways of improving service delivery
Contributing and strengthening the customer service oriented environment.
Being flexible, willing to take on extra roles within the department, to communicate with all levels, be self-accountable and carry out other duties as assigned by supervisor
Analyzing customer compliments and service delivery and noting trends that are common/often and extreme.
Monitoring the user experience weekly and compare of a period of time as a measure of customer satisfaction.
Help new customers to start enjoying the service paid for and monitor early usage to ensure customer satisfaction. Measure this satisfaction using a questionnaire or similar tools.
