The Nigerian born 'Miss World International Classic 2017', Queen Mercy Atang crowned in Florida, USA has recently inaugurated her IBOM SMILE CAMPAIGN which started in three LGAs of Akwa Ibom State.

The campaign which is expected to run through all the 774 local government areas in Nigeria is tagged to provide free and developmental services to women and children in Nigeria.

Queen Mercy Atang, who pledged in 2016 after been crowned as Ms. Nigeria International will be donating food items, clothing, school material and scholarship to Nigeria women and children.

In her Thanksgiving service which had in attendance the paramount ruler of Eket HRH. ECD Abia, Manager Akwa Savings and Loan Ltd, Madam Joy Abakasanga, Mr/Mrs. Obong Atang, political elites, men and women leaders from various organizations and dignitaries prayed for God's grace as she embarked on her campaign through out the 774 LGAs in Nigeria.
