Doctors don't speak English so I'm sure you'd be better understood at the hospital.

Good luck grin

If you don't go to HOSPITAL, your wrist will break off!
Now, put your left foot in front of you right foot.
March!
To hospital.

If anyone of you is claiming that you know better than i.let me tell you something you do not need to mock me because i know that you people do not even understand what am trying to say because you are not a doctor.therefore you won't be able to know what i am talking about because i am not a doctor and i don't know as well.why all this,i thought nairaland supposed to be a website for people to interact about what is happening to us and share information as well but i had seen that you people do not have the sense of human at all.

May be it has to do with the type of work you are doing. You need to give your wrist a rest by not lifting heavy weights or do hard work.
You can also take Ibuprofen capsule, one capsule at a time, three times a day, making it a total of three capsules per day for two to three days.
If there is no improvement, go see your doctor.
