I feel pains on my wrist,it all started when i normally feel pains on my hand wrist.i do not injure my hand.one day the bone of my wrist began to swallop but not that bad.i need a medical solution or some help i can apply on my hand so that it will not pain me. |

If anyone of you is claiming that you know better than i.let me tell you something you do not need to mock me because i know that you people do not even understand what am trying to say because you are not a doctor.therefore you won't be able to know what i am talking about because i am not a doctor and i don't know as well.why all this,i thought nairaland supposed to be a website for people to interact about what is happening to us and share information as well but i had seen that you people do not have the sense of human at all. |

mustapha112:May be it has to do with the type of work you are doing. You need to give your wrist a rest by not lifting heavy weights or do hard work. You can also take Ibuprofen capsule, one capsule at a time, three times a day, making it a total of three capsules per day for two to three days. If there is no improvement, go see your doctor. |
