Amaju Pinnick, the NFF president, is optimistic to see England born and England junior team player, Tammy Abraham switch international ply for the Super Eagles. He believes Abraham would commit to Nigeria, his father’s country of birth.

Abraham who is only 19, is a Chelsea club player and he is spending this season on loan with Swansea. He has since featured for the England U18, U19 and U21 levels.

“We are working on getting Abraham, Tammy is like my son. His father and I grew up in the same neighbourhood.” Pinnick told reporters.
