To our available senior and most senior veterinary doctors or experienced breeders in the house, what can be the factor that affect the delay in the heat period/cycle in breeds like boerboel,german shepherd,bull mastiff, cane corso. Do we have bitches that cycles more than 6months? I will reply like the experienced ones to throw more light to this. thanks |

It depends on individual dogs. I have 4bitches one comes on heat in abt 4months while d other 3 normally tk less than 5months. As long as the are in good health conditions. |
