President Muhammadu Buhari and some of his best assistants yesterday met furtively with Governor Nasir El-Rufai of Kaduna State to advise him that Mr. Buhari plans to run again for the Presidency as the applicant of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in 2019.A senior Presidency source, talking on the state of namelessness, expressed that the choice to advise Mr. El-Rufai was taken on the grounds that the senator was being touted as Mr. Buhari's substitution if the president can't keep running for a moment term in 2019 because of sick wellbeing.
