I Got A Job Through Nairaland, But.... by Sunshyne200(m): 6:04pm On Sep 09, 2017
Hello house, I am so excited about all the jobs posted here almost on daily basis, it's being amazing. Special thanks to @debbie and @ammyluv.

I saw a job advert here and I applied, it stated that it's for a Business Officer, I went for the interview and at the end I was told to wait together with some other guys.

But, the major challenge is that it's a marketing job with no specific salary but a certain percentage of your monthly sales and it has to be a full-time job.

Now am at a cross road, as I don't know what to do, this is the first job I am getting, though I just graduated from school.

Please I need advice from those before me, as anything is welcomed.

PS. I am supposed to resume on Monday, meaning I have to make a decision before Monday.

Op, let me give you summary...
Marketing is a field job, you have no personal office whatsoever.

You only go to the office in the morning... Maybe 1/2hrs training sitting down, after that you will chased to the street..that's how your Johnny Walker Begins. grin

Do you have enough shoes? Chai... You go Waka ooo

No inflow no Mobilization for you.

There will be clique, since you are new you be left out.

Since you are fresh.. Don't take that Job... Keep Applying.

My Sincere token.

The good side is that you get to meet people. I now attend events that on a good day... I wouldn't even dream of. I discuss with top guys in various firms (packaging) and earn crazy amount on commissions.

Bad side is that you may be fired any day... and you will always have nightmare every night with headache! cheesy

Thanks buddy, I just needed someone to inspire me, marketing requires a lot of convincing and I kinda not the talking type, I am an introvert.

But your submission was so encouraging
