The expired Fire extinguisher fine is where wicked and corrupt officers extort monies from drivers.
How many drivers know when the fire extinguisher expires?
I witnessed an incident where officers stopped dozens of cars and all they demand to see isn't driver's license or vehicle particulars but fire extinguisher. And everyone was made to part with monies.
The corrupt officers knew what to check to extort.
