There's a high possibility, it's easier to create beauty when you're alone.

True.

During an interview, Sara Paretsky, author of the V.I. Warshawski, was asked what she thought were the best thing, and the worst thing, about writing.

The best thing about writing is you get to explore a thousand different personalities, all by going deep into your own soul. The worst thing? You have to be alone to write... Being alone is very painful. An unsolvable conundrum.

This sums it up perfectly.

There is a difference between being alone and being lonely.

There is a difference between being alone and being lonely.

If you spend long hours alone with time, you become lonely.

Depends on how long they put into their writing. They aren't lonely when they write, they could only be when there are done and realise that they have spent so much of their time living in their conjured world and now ache for human companionship.

In summary, Writers could become lonely but are not necessarily loners.
