Apostle Chibuzor Gift Chinyere, the General Overseer of OPM over the weekend expressed joy, as over 200 repentant cultists, militants, and prostitutes who embraced Christ through the OPM empowerment and intervention programs received water baptism after undergoing baptismal classes.
