Actors Guild of Nigeria – Lagos chapter is set to host the fourth edition of the Annual Miss AGN EKO beauty pageant in November 2017.

Speaking to entertainment editors in Lagos, Coordinator of the MISS - AGN EKO pageant Amaka Eze Amaka stated that this year’s edition already has over fifty contestants. According to the elegant Nollywood Actress, “the theme of the 2017 edition is beauty with Brain.

“The Miss AGN-EKO beauty pageant is an avenue to foster and create new role models who through the beauty pageant would serve as ambassadors that will define a new Nigeria, enrich the beauty of the Nigerian woman and enhance new strength, energy, intelligence and a generous spirit for the advancement of women vis-a-vis corporate brands and products”. Amaka noted.

In her remarks, the pageant Manager Miss Vivian Okoro also noted that the 2017 Miss AGN – EKO Pageant will surely impact and leave a lasting impression on the contestants because of its unique nature, focus and style. "This pageant is not like others, the winners here are trained and groomed to stardom using their talents in Acting and production. We are already in partnership with noted Film producers and training Institutions in this regards" The pageant Manager said.

According to the Public Relations Manager of the 2017 MISS AGN-EKO beauty pageant Alex Ehiz, Prizes ranging from cash, movie contracts, endorsement deals among others are to be won by contestants. "The Miss AGN - Eko pageant seeks to enhance the rich cultural diversity of Nigeria through arts, social service and entertainment and also to exhibit cultural awareness while showcasing various talents that abound in Nigeria. Alex Ehiz posited.

The Pageant coordinator, Amaka Eze Amaka also assured that, top personalities from the corporate world, politicians, Business Moguls and entertainers from the music and movie industry are expected at grace the 2017 edition. Amaka said.
