LAUTECH UPDATES : By Oyedeji Ahmed ( LMP ) Finally, the Governor of Osun state has demonstrated his unwavering love and commitment to the institution after a long expectation. The Governor has committed to paying 3months salary immediately, this plus the three months from Oyo will make it a total of 6 months, the university will be resuming on the 15th while the students are expected to start registration on the 25th of September. It should be noted that the status of tuition fees remain intact. I will not end this piece without appreciating the effort of the Governing council members who have performed wonders. Big kudos to the Alumni President for also responding convincingly to all the questions directed to him by the Governor, he also took his time to articulate their positions, intentions and plans.
