HURIWA said the National Assembly must impress it on the Military authority to decentralise the location of strategic military institutions and assets because it is unjust that the strategic assets of the Army of a complex nation like Nigeria are predominantly located in just a part of the whole which is the North.   They are all situated in the North because they have more zombies who are ready to die than there is in any other part of Nigeria. What working in oil company is to southerners is what being in the military is for northers. Moreover, the terrain in the North is more suitable for their training. I think the only exception is the Navy which is situated in the south. They deserve it sir! |

That is why the core north have continue to dominate the politico-military landscape of Nigeria because the British unfairly concentrated key military institutions in their domain.Even the middlebelt that provide most of the stooge soldiers of the early Nigerian military era were not spared.Yet the NASS have never deemed it imperative to correct this national imbalance. It is because of the jihad they plan for the future Look at the number of Generals too from the north, they surpass all other regions put together.
