Not less than thirty-two students of The Polytechnic Ibadan have been expelled for violating various academic rules in the institution.

Two members of staff of the institution have also been dismissed for various offences.
The Registrar of the institution, Mr. Hezekiah Fehintola in a statement on Saturday said that the staff were dismissed after being found guilty of gross misconduct by various committees set up to investigate allegations against them.
Fehintola went on to say that the action of the institution was in line with the terms and condition of service set by the polytechnic’s management.
