A group, Initiative for Dialogue and Development (IDD), a non-governmental organisation designed for informed conversation on inclusive governance and development issues, is organising SoapboxNG, “a people engagement platform that seeks to widen the civic space for more informed conversations on topical and pertinent issues of nation building through dialogues in the public space”.

In a release by the organisation, the event is scheduled for Thursday, September 28, 2017, at Ladi Kwali Hall, Sheraton Hotel, Abuja by 9am under the distinguished Chairmanship of H. E. Gen. Yakubu Gowon GCFR.
