One mystery have been bothering me since childhood and it seems i am close to unraveling this mystery

It's concerning the match between Nigeria Vs India in 1988, the World Cup qualifier between Nigeria Vs India played at the National Stadium surulere, Lagos, Nigeria.

I am yet to get the accurate score line and goal scorer

1. Who score the solitary goal for Nigeria?
Samuel okwaraji or Thunder Balogun?

2. What was the final score?
100 - 1 or 99 - 1

3. Why the ball always turn to a lion anytime we gain possession.

i attempted checking youtube for answers, what i saw is close to the answer
