bilms:godfather is a term commonly used in the west. It's a man who is influential in parenting through providing support for a child or through playing a leading or innovatory part in a child life. This usually happen if biological parents are absent like they are in jail or drug addicts or in rehab or any situation deem detrimental to a child. Very common in America. |
