Foreign companies are still in charge of making staples in Nigeria, name them,

Nestle, Promasidor, Haier Thermocool, Dufil Prima, P & G, Johnson Johnson, Kelloggs, Mars, Unilever, Lafarge.

So our economy depends on foriegn goods. Which means, we cant have enough billionaires till we, indigenous businessmen compete with them in Manufacturing.
