The land is real. I got mine 2015, while I got for two friends 2016. This year, I got one for my immediate brother and a colleague. The price just rose to #350,000 but in addition will include agent fee of 10%. The land is five minutes ride OLODO garage, Ibadan. The bike from OLODO garage cost #70per person and #100 for two. All agreement documents are in place, but you will have to do Survey plan yourself and it still include 10% agents fee you need to pay |
