na the missing policeman plan that thing

Very possible but I hope he's asked himself how long he plans to remain missing! And when he returns he'll pay for the case to be killed. I don't trust any policeman.

Our water ways is so dangerous such that Sea pirates operate without fear because those saddled with the provision of security in the water ways are collaborators and beneficiary of the crime perpetrated by these hoodlums.

Naval and soldiers deployed to the Niger Delta especially port Harcourt are stinkingly rich from illegal oil bunkering and highjack of vessels by criminals which they collaborate and partake in sharing of proceed from such crime.

It is no news that military personnel lobby to be posted to these areas because they know what they stand to benefit.

Unless drastic changes and constant redeployment and discipline is inculcated in the security system, more of this kind of news will surely surface.

RIP to the dead!

So true but does it occur to you that this is the result of the "constant redeployment" you mentioned? For sometime now such incidents have been near zero, but now this? The new personnel are prolly yet to learn the rules of the game but now, the living will fall in line, the hard way! I'm sure the deadly business has been on till these ones refused to play ball. The missing policeman has a lot to answer if and when found.

If you are not world class mumu, present your evidence of IPOB bombing security agencies.

Hell NO! Nothing can be done because the terrain has no network coverage and there is no way of escape when a boat is attacked.
The ONLY WAY OUT is inviting the sea pirates, training them on marine/waterway security and making them to secure the waterways. In that way, they feel a sense of belonging and recognition. They will not allow smaller pirates to spoil their source of income. They become part of the Security Stakeholders.
