The IGP actually means they should go and set up road blocks on all highways in Nigeria and extort as much as they can from innocent Nigerians. Christmas don dey come. The IGP's ten billion Naira a month must be complete now.

IGP Abubakar is the only one that has been able to match his words with action.
When he gave the instruction, as usual, there was a surge in Armed Robbery. But all he did was to hold respective DPO responsible for all criminal activities within their domains. Once, he demoted a few officers for not been able to nipp criminality in the bud, others fall in line.

The only thing that time was those that inevitably had to go to the station were being skinned of their money. But if you can avoid any business with a station, you home an dry..
