When my younger brother was admitted in DELSUTH 2years ago, mhen we saw hell. My bro was mostly abandoned on their A&E unit and he was unconscious, the doctors are invincible, nurses claim they were not assigned to my brother, we were running around teaching hospital looking for my brother's doctor, all of them will claim they are not his doctor.

Hours later a doctor will come, take a look at him and vanishes again. There was this nurse assigned to my brotgerthat i will never forget.
Her shift was suppose to end Mayb 6 or 4, she close 30mins to her time and the nurse that is suppose to take her place has not arrived yet. I saw her going home and i tried calling her then she started running, she heard me calling her and she ran and didnt even look back.
Thank God my bro made it through, i for find her

U know, sometimes I think the nurses'/doctors' reluctance in administering treatments during emergencies is just a way to cover up their doubts/inability to handle the situation. So if the patient eventually dies, they blame it on the patient's inability to meet the conditions for treatment... lol

My people, I saw hell, this species of human had no time to attend to us and my child was slowly passing on my God Almighty, thank God Almighty for a very special doctor, the senior pediatrician who was touched by CHRIST JESUS my LORD to attend to us.. this beautiful doctor took it upon himself to attend to my baby oh for God's sake, he was very exceptional, those same nurses, came to this doctor to complain that this baby doesn't have a folder with them why is he treating her, oh my God Almighty, what could have degenerated this kind of human being to this low finish, you need to see the look on my face when those heartless nurses said such, the doctor simply reply them that they could see that this baby is passing on slowly that if this blood isn't stop from flowing through her naval that any help given after now will be zero.


He needs to do something immediately, wow, heavy defeat for witches, by God's grace he finally stopped the wicked bleeding and referred us to Kelsy Harrison Specialist hospital where we did blood transfusion and other serious medical assignment.



Thank God Almighty, my baby is stabilized, but the question remains why this nurses are so wicked minded and without Natural affection, is it that they have seen much death that they don't care anymore if another dies.?

thank God for your baby's health but I will tell you that one bad apple doesn't make the whole tree bad. I guess it was nurses that did the blood transfusion for you in the other hospital. Attitude matters

Get this to your empty skull, no law says you should do documentation before attending to emergency cases, OK? And if there is, you can tell us the section and perhaps post it here. Documentation is for record purpose. It's not first line of management in emergency cases. Let that sink into your skull

I can see people typing what they feel about his issue but have you given it a thought that every line of work has its own standard of practice and administrative laws guiding them?

I really don't blame them on how they react sometimes cos working conditions are just against them and truth be told these set of people are overworked and the ratio of nurses to patients is just too absurd.

A trip to UCH, Ibadan will change your perspective about clinicians I'm general.

And in Nursing school, I was taught not to show sympathy but empathy✌️

I have seen clinicians crucified everywhere for no reason. It is in their job as nurses to check and document the patient's info and presentations. The nurse(s) asked the Dr for God's sake,is that act of negligence or wickedness? She called the Hospital and the nurses out. Tell me their exact fault. We might be the patients, so we want to finish them to satisfy us.

There is this prejudice people have against nurses.
People should read the story line by line, comprehend it before commenting.
I know there are some bad eggs in every profession.
I have gone through your story and the only thing you mentioned was when the nurses asked for your child's folder. And this is for proper documentation.
I read where you said that the child had only one hour to live. How did you know the number of hours that your child had to live?
Where were you when the bleeding started? Why didn't you take the child to the hospital when the case was not serious?
Am sure you were running from taking your responsibility as a man waiting for the worst time so that you can vent your frustration on the profession.
As long as I am concern you are just saying this to get sympathy.
