Global oil benchmark, Brent crude rising to its highest level, extending its gain on Monday in 26-months high.

The sudden increase came on a fast growing demand and Turkey’s threat to Iraqi Kurdistan’s crude exports as the region hold an Historical voting on referendum for independence.

The increase is the highest since July 2015, rose by $1.96 to $58.82 barrel as of 7.10pm Nigeria time.
