The RB Mavericks Challenge is a DVM initiative which is focused on encouraging responsibility, ownership and entrepreneurship among youths in any participating country. It was launched in 2014 in India and has run successfully for 3 years.
Objective of the program is to ensure that we:
• Attract Top talent
• Increase RB’s Employer Value Proposition (EVP).

This year, the Mavericks program has been expanded to include *Brazil, Nigeria and South Africa*.

The Challenge is for fresh graduates, post graduate students and serving Youth Corp members to come up with an innovative business idea that will be profitable for Reckitt Benckiser and addresses a social issue in Nigeria. It could be either a product or a service in the area of Health & Hygiene. The team with the winning idea will represent Nigeria at the international round in Dubai and will also have the opportunity to be employed as one of our Management trainees for 2018. The window for participation will last from the *26th of September to the 16th of October, 2017*.
