Will the court order the arrest of IPOB leader, Nnamdi Kanu if he fails to appear in court on the next adjourned date or rule that his sureties forfeit the N100 million bond they each entered into for his bail, or both his arrest and the forfeiture by his sureties? On my part, I think force majeur has occured to shield his sureties from the solemn duty to produce him in court if he fails to appear on the next adjourned date. Courts always takes judicial notice of such events in determining such issues. What do you think. |

If he fails to appear, the case against him will disappear. The court must order the Nigeria Army to bring back our boy Nnamdi Kanu on October 17th dead or alive. |
