Cross River born Nollywood thespian, Eric Anderson on Wednesday in Calabar was officially sworn in as Commissioner of Tourism, culture and heritage for Cross River State. Obaji Abung-Akpet, his special adviser on media and communication described the event as not only did it horn as one of the first ever in the state to witness an appointee well fitted for the hop taking up the position, but also marked as historic being that it was done on world tourism day celebration. Eric Anderson, until his appointment was Special Assistant to Cross River Government on Tourism alongside a reputable background in acting, culture and tourism related activities.
