CONCEPT GROUP EXECUTIVE VACANT POSITIONS FEBRUARY 2010 Concept Group, Lagos is hiring again for various positions. We will appreciate if only qualified candidates forward their resumes. 1. CREDIT CONTROL MANAGER Key Objective To manage the Credit Control team and to recover debts Qualification & Experience • BSc Accounts or related discipline • MBA or professional qualification is an added advantage • At least 5 years practical working experience from a financial institute • Age between 30-40yearsyears old • Computer literate-compulsory Role & Responsibility • Ensuring that rental cheques are properly stored as prescribed. • Receipt of postdated cheques from accounts executives and ensure that cheques are in order. • Following up on defaulting clients to pay their entire financial obligation to us. • Sending notification letters to defaulting clients to pay up their outstanding • Generating and updating returned cheques schedule • Updating lease transaction report Required Skills and Competencies • Attention to details • Computer literate • Good skills in the use of Excel • Effective communication skills • Good team player • Staff Supervisory & Mgt • Must be proactive Salary N2.2 million per annum 2. TRAINING OFFICER Key objective is to train client on our software and all our I.T. projects. Qualification & Experience • BSc/HND in computer science • Professional qualification, added advantage • At least 3 years practical training experience • Age between 25-32 years Role & Responsibility • To train Clients on our developed application and other IT products • Administer the Group Server • Administer and Manage the Group Network • Administer the Group Hardware • Configure and repair faulty systems, UPS and printer • Present and demonstrate our software to our prospective clients • Support our client based on technical issues • Support our client based on the software developed • Assist in the in-house Designs (Graphics) • Design Demo Slide and proposals • Administer the intranet (Outlook on Exchange Server) Required Skills and Competencies • Attention to details • Effective communication skills • Good team player • Staff Supervisory & Mgt • Must be proactive Salary N840,000 per annum 3. NETWORK ENGINEER Role and responsibility • LAN administration • Ability to monitor the overall performance and security of the LAN and be available for emergencies on any of the office systems • Management and administration of Microsoft Exchange Server 2003, including users’ mailbox and administration, email queues flow monitoring database backup and outlook. Competence in Outlook Web Access support will be an advantage • Routine maintenance of office intranet and internet interface systems as well as backing up the internal mail system and working closely with the local ISP vendors to troubleshoot internet issues • Correct operation of the office PBX (Private Branch Exchange) telecommunication system including digital trunks connected to it • Install, test, train, and assist users with the implementation of any new IT equipment • Office administration • Carrying out configuration and installation tasks related with laptops • Overseeing on behalf of the group any IT related work conducted in the office by outside vendors and providers • Assisting office staff to overcome problems in the use of computer equipment, software tools and systems etc. • Performing weekly/monthly backups (tapes and other media) of designated server and systems • Monitoring and configuring WAN security (including PIX, switches and VPNs) • Performing daily/weekly/monthly checking of file and exchange server logs for early detection/prevention of possible problems etc. Required skills and competencies: 1. Microsoft Windows XP and future versions 2. Microsoft office 2003 3. Internet 7.0 and future versions 4. Adobe reader 8.0 5. Additional applications provided by the group 6. Microsoft Windows server 2003 7. Microsoft Exchange server 2003 8. Backup system – memeo 9. Symantec Endpoint 11.0 10. Windows dial-up connector 11. Remote Access (RAS in Windows and other systems) 12. VPN (Cisco, Microsoft etc) 13. Remote Control (Windows Terminal Server, Remote Assistance, Remote Administrator, VNC etc.) Salary N840,000 per annum 4. INTERNAL AUDITOR Objective is to verify all payment. Responsibilities • Verify the adequacy internal controls and compliance with operational policies. • Conducting daily audit exercise on credits activities, Leasing activities, Finance and accounts. • Conducting weekly, monthly and quarterly audit on credit, finance and account, admin dept. • Generation of report for management use. • Carrying out ad hoc task as may be delegated by head of department. Qualification & Experience • BSC/HND Accounts • At least 5 years practical working experience • Age -Not more than 35years old • Computer literate-Compulsory • Professional qualification, added advantage. Required Skills and Competencies • Attention to details • Computer literate • Good skills in the use of Excel • Effective communication skills • Good team player Salary N1.2 million per annum 5. ACCOUNTANT: Objectives is to effectively and efficiently implement the financial policies/procedures of the company in line with corporate vision and generally accepted accounting practices Qualification & Experience • Relevant university degree • At least 5years work experience • Professional qualification is a MUST, MBA or MSC added advantage. • Age Not more than 35years old Roles and Responsibilities • Design financial and accounting policies and procedures for the group in line with its overall objectives and strategies • Provide a finance shared service platform to service all group companies • Coordinate liaison with all financial institutions • Ensure proper books of accounts are maintained • Coordinate the preparation of the group’s annual budget by ensuring that proper standards and guidelines are set for its preparation and monitoring • Provides necessary financial information and advice to all departmental heads as may be required • Liaise with external auditor, tax authorities & other relevant agencies • Tax management and planning • Supervise all bank/account reconciliations • Ensure the timely preparation of the annual standard reports Required Skills and Competencies • Proven cash and revenue management experience • Highly numerate • Effective negotiation skills • Ability to use accounting systems effectively • Good skills in the use of Excel and specific financial accounting package • Effective communication skills (verbal and written) • Good team player • Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently • Good problem solving abilities Salary N1.8 million per annum All CVs should be forwarded to conceptgroupcareers@gmail.com and the position as the subject.
