why he should apologize after all the mission was failed.Back to the topic its not a matter of apologize to Nigerians the best thing is to return our money back but I doubt if they will do with their fake projects none of PDP projects lasted for 5 years

ON a day Nigeria was named the second most corrupt country in the world after Bangladesh, Federal Capital Territory Minister, Mallam Nasir el-Rufai, yesterday fingered Deputy Senate President, Alhaji Ibrahim Mantu, and Deputy Senate Leader, Dr. Jonathan Zwingina, as those that demanded N54 million from him to facilitate his clearance as minister. The duo swiftly denounced the minister's allegation as mere fabrication and an attempt to smear their reputation.

Mallam el-Rufai, appearing before the Senate Committee on Ethics, said he met the senators while he was lobbying to get his nomination as minister to be confirmed. According to him, after he was introduced to the senators, they requested that something be given to ease his nomination.
