I bet you wouldn't even dare think those things if you met him face to face. Anyway, have a nice day.

If I see o-yeye-gun face to face minus escort and adc... I would slap off those white craw-craw infested beards off his face! Who is he? Abeg face front. If you are his son or relative, better advice him to stop disgracing himself, his family, his party and finally his tribe.

The National Chairman of the ruling All Progressives Congress(APC), Chief John Oyegun has stated that his party wants to win the upcoming Anambra state Guber elections because it wants to change a narrative in the south-east.

PoliticsNGR learnt that Oyegun, who spoke at the inauguration of a 48-member campaign council for the party's candidate in the November elections, Tony Nwoye, disclosed that the party needed to win the elections to end the cries of marginalization by the south-east.

We must change the narrative in the South-East and we must start with Anambra because the APC represents the most viable route for any South-East person to the presidency of this country.”

Oyegun also described Anambra as the 'Gateway to the south-east'. In his words;

"It is important that we do everything we can, fair and square, to bring Anambra State into the fold of the progressives for a lot of reasons.Until we manage to bring a few states into the mainstream of progressives’ politics, we may not see the end of this continued cry of marginalisation.

It is important that we work and work very hard to win Anambra being a critical state in the South-East. It is not going to be a small political struggle. We must work hard with unity of purpose to break through to the South-East in a major way to win Anambra.

It is very important, essential and vital that we manage to hammer together not just a patchwork of peace or make-believe kind of camaraderie but a very serious unity of purpose between all those who aspired to that office to act as a serious guarantee that we are indeed also serious in winning the Anambra governorship seat."

Winning Election will End marginalization of south East says Oyegun, the same oyegun and his cohorts have said the south east is not marginalized, as since when did anambra represent the south east, is the governor of anambra the governor of the south east or does he represents the south east people, for campaign tactics they accept there's marginalization in the south east, after election, marginalization will not exist in there dico

"end of marginalization".
Many people here have axes to grind with the chairman.

If this actually originated from PA Oyegun; it's an unfortunate statement. I'm not an Igbo but a Nigerian born an raised in Yoruba Land.
From Economist point of view; the major issues that usually leads to crime in any society is "unequal distribution of wealth and income"

dat is d implication of his statement. simply put; give us Anambra or perish the more

some of this APC officials can make silly comments..instead of working on ways to improve the Peace in Nigeria. this set of people will be the first to book flights out of this country if things get out of control
..after making inciteful statements that has resulted in the agitations we see and hear all around the country...its so sad..I hope that in 2019 we will get it right by voting people who truly want what is best for Nigeria.

He first of all acknowledged that the South East is being marginalised but the only condition to ending our marginalisation is that we must vote for and belong to the "progressives" (ALL PAST CRIMINALS) party, then we may be considered to having access to the goodies of the land and even presidency for any person from Igbo. And you said we're part of that useless country with mad leaders?

So democracy is all about winning elections and amassing power. No single response as to what his government has been doing or not doing in the east lately. There is peace now.....so what, the agitations and desires of the peoples can go to hell.

Win elections and pay civil servants workers salaries, steal the rest. What else do they do.
