Apple Iphone 8 Full Specifications, Price, Features Review by sudaisalhassan: 11:57am On Sep 30, 2017
iPhone 8 is one of the three new devices Apple released, Its specifications and features would surely blow your mind. The price of the iPhone 8 would not be put as a priority for judging its specs else we may end up not wanting to buy it. It is now an agreeable fact that Apple devices are naturally expensive though the specifications of their devices to some persons make it worth the price. Let's go down to the price of this monster iPhone device that has come to put its predecessor (the iPhone 7) into hiding.

iPhone 8 Review

Well well well, Apple truly did some modifications to make the iPhone 8 worthy of being the successor to their previous iPhone 7, but to me, the modifications aren't enough to call this device "iPhone 8'. It would have been more acceptable if this device was named as "iPhone 7S". This is because there aren't much of differences between it and its predecessor.

Looking at the specifications of this phone we got to know that Apple decided to make the phone with Glass all through, a kind of glass Apple claims to be the strongest ever seen on an iPhone. We also saw that this phone would be slightly heavier than the previous version at 148g.

However, we can not fail to talk about the new display features, improved camera with lots of features added to it. The front facing camera was also improved to give you the best selfie shots with Touch ID support. Again, a 3.5mm headphone jack was left out and replaced with a lightning to 3.5mm headphone jack adapter which comes out of the box.

The selling point which happens to be the best feature I found on this phone is the A11 Bionic processor that is used on the three new iPhones Apple launched. Apple claims the A11 Bionic is the fastest processor ever seen on a smartphone, though this may be argued when you think about some monster processors we saw on other 2017 flagship devices. Performance may not be at its best since Apple built this phone with just 2GB of RAM, that is totally unacceptable to me irrespective of the fact that Apple's iOS 11 makes good use of available RAM for efficient multitasking.

The battery capacity on the iPhone 8 wasn't fully revealed, however, Apple claims the battery lasts same as the iPhone 7. The battery can be charged wirelessly and fast too, giving you 50% of battery juice in just 30 mins of charge.

Down to the price, just as I said earlier, this new iPhone 8 seems to cost a lot and isn't the best business strategy for a device that was released alongside other better devices (iPhone 8 plusand iPhone X). These other two devices would slow surely slow down the sales of the iPhone 8 which isn't much different from its predecessor. Not many persons would be so in love with this phone to lay down at least $699 for the 64GB variant nor $894 for its 256GB variant, not when the iPhone 8 plus and iPhone X can be purchased by laying down some more cash.
