honTim:If you can type this, that means you have internet access. Do utilize google,which is at your finger tips. Just type/search: fiber rich foods and go from there. The only thing I can tell ya that you may overlook on google search is that side effect of too much fiber will cause (or exercebate ) your constipation, so pace yourself. Also, do drink plenty of water along with your fiber rich diet.
