Hello all, my mom has been suffering from high blood pressure for a very long time now, recently, her blood pressure has gone up and has refuse to come down despite taking several drugs.

Change your doctor and get them review her blood pressure medication (if you feel your medical practitioner is not competent).......

What's her present baseline and what medication is she using + dosage?

Really sorry about your mom. For the herbs I know blended garlic work wonders as it helps to thin the blood and enhance correct flow. Have you thought about changing her doctor? A new doctor could approach this differently.
