This is not a failure, it a common design on most European buildings, I was surprise when I first saw one myself Those are guard rails and are much closer to the windows so u dont fall out. This one is too wide, looks like a balcony wt no bottom. Dts why its a fail. |

The funniest thing abt d one I saw is dat there wasn't any rail. Just d door n dat was all. At 1st I tot the building was going to be extended but later noticed dat judging from d proximity of dat side of d building to d road, there wasn't any room for extention.
