I was amused yesterday evening when I saw these traffic wardens on a Toyota Hilux..I saw them along Taiwo road Ilorin, and I was wondering how people who are arresting traffic offenders can be against the same rules..inside the hilux, they are crowded, and it was as if they lap themselves and at the back of the hilux ,they are close to 20...if Na taxi or Okada that is overloaded, we know what these people will do, to collect the last kobo from such offender..can Nigeria grow?
