It has been reported that Spanish website Don Balon that Real Madrid are willing to pay £200m for the England Forward who scored 13 goals for club and country in september alone. Harry Kane would command a bigger transfer fee than Neymar but Tottenham may not sell the striker.
Tottenham will likely keep him since he is exactly the type of player they require at the new stadium. But that if he was ever sold, the transfer fee would be a new world record which would eclipse the £198m PSG paid for Neymar in august.
The temptation is that if they sell him, that will pay for the new stadium but tottenham can't afford to let him go because everything they're trying to do will be destroyed
