This is a call for legal advice.

Please what legal action can be taken against the parents of a 23 years old graduate working class lady and a quack local midwife who sedated her in order to abort her 2 months pregnancy just because they don't like the guy she got pregnant for.

Now she is very heartbroken and depressed. The guy (working class) in question is also sceptical about the relationship.

At least if not the parents, the local midwife who did it against her wish (she interviewed the lady and the lady said she is not interested before she administered the sedative without her consent)

Candid advice please.
