Even at that we will still stick to TSTV. The reason is simply because we have been charged excessively for too long by DSTV. Even if TSTV promised us 500MB for their highest subscription Nigerians will still prefer it to DSTV.

Metro is not in every state in Nigeria. I doubt if it is Lagos. I don't have DSTV and if I have to get a pay TV decoder I don't think it will be DSTV. Maybe I am saying this because our pocket is lean, Children school fees, house rent etc. Based on that I think TSTV is a great news for me since all my favourite channels are there including my husband sports channels
Even if they increased their subscription it may not be 50% of their initial price which is still better than DSTV. Majority of the people buying DSTV are football fans and if any pay TV is able to give that to them including the ladies channels then it is worth it

Confirm! It will help bring DSTV sub down. At the moment I pay 12,100 for compact plus + extra view (on explora) just to watch all matches at home cos I'm not a view centre guy. I must admit that it's too much. Three much self!
