The Lagos state police Command has recovered nothing less than 38 bags of Indian Hemp worth over 20 million naira in a raid on suspected criminal hideouts in Itire Mushin local government of the state.

While briefing the newsmen at the police headquarters, the commissioner of police CP. Imohimi Edgal, said, 52 suspects were also arrested during the raid as a result of rivalry clash over a lady in the area where over 150 cars were vandalized.

“based on the partnership we have built in time past, residents of the area were invited and they confirm the incident and gave useful information on their hideouts. And this can be credited to my community policing plan which is aimed at partnering with members if the public to secure lives and properties”. Edgal said
