I was on twitter some moments ago and several users have shared some details about the current rollout of the TSTV Decoders. While it has been announced that full commercial roll out will begin on the 1st of November, 2017, i was able to get these pictures off a Twitter user known as Noble Conqueror showing some installation instructions and several stations currently being aired Pictures below

Lomprico2:According to a report ( not sure of the source), TSTV claimed that they have been screening dealers and have so far cleared 750 out of the 3000 or so applied in order to prevent sabotage.
