If you are earning 20 million naira monthly can you rent a house which cost 10 million naira in a year pending the time you will build your own house.........This has caused quite a lot of arguement and even fight between me and my colleague. I'd get a land for 5Million or less, wait for another months' salary then build a standard house I'd rent out some flats, and live in one.

I see Nigerians living in rented apartments but driving cars ranging from 10-15million. That's sheer stupidity if you ask me.
