This detailed should have been published at latest the moment Osinbajo assented to the bill in July.

So why the secrecy ?

Why did Osinbajo and Saraki conspire to keep the budget bill secret from Nigerians?

What are they trying to hide from Nigerians?

Proposed bill is the public 2017 budget proposal that the president present to National Assembly Dec last year.

The NAss were then free to amend and pass it for assent, it is the final amended and passed budget bill that is being kept secret.

The extraordinary thing is Osinbajo conspired with NAss leadership to keep the 2017 budget bill secret from Nigerians even after he has assented to it.

No apparent interest or outrage but they will be quick to accuse Buhari.

Nigerians are very docile which is why all this sudden agitations and Niger delta militancy seems to confirm that white devils are behind it all.

Your feeble attempt at absolving PMB of any blames on his failed government will fall flat on its face!

Is his áss glued to the seat of power? If he can't pay heed to the demands of his frail health and honourably resign, then he should be man enough to accept responsibility for his resoundingly unprecedented failure!!

Further more, of note is your recalcitrant and ëdïotïç flair for calling out VP Osinbajo and SP Saraki... Are these two by chance the Commander in Chief? I'd rather support Atiku's presidential bid or military takeover than stick with a guy that seems not to be in control of his government!!!

OP is right.
How can you possibly blame PMB, he presented the 2017 budget Dec2016 and NASS sat on it for most of the year whilst the president was on leave for most of 2017 , Acting president Osinbajo sat on it for a further 1 month after NASS eventually passed it .

Osinbajo assented the bill and still appears to have conspired with NASS to keep the 2017 bill secret from Nigerians.

The shocking thing is Nigerians' indifference to the fact they are being still kept in the dark about the details of the 2017 budget bill even as we approach the 11th month of 2017.

Twist it all you want, has cat got Baba's tongue since he came back a little over a month ago? Oh! Maybe his famed body odour language has waned?

Your lame duck attempt to defend the inability of this administration to make public it's budget portend to lay credence to the probability that Baba's presidency has being hijacked by the famed "Aso Rock cabal".

The details of 2017 budget bill is kept secret form us up till the 11th month of the year and very few people shows any outrage.

This country shouldn't be a democracy because we do not understand how a democracy should operate.
Re: Details Of 2017 Budget Bill Still Not Published by Nobody: 6:52am On Oct 11, 2017
The budget fiasco has nothing to do with PMB, as it was Osinbajo that decided to assent to a budget bill he had no intention of making public.

Of course it is easier to blame Buhari.

Can you compare the transparency of the 2016 budget with PMB presiding with the secrecy shrouding 2017 budget which Osinbajo presided over?
