So my girlfriend sent me this picture this morning..Armed robbers dropped this notice at a police officers house in their neighbourhood on the outskirts of Abuja of an upcoming raid between October and December stating amounts that must be paid by residents. It reads:

The Landlord/Ladies/Tenant/Proprietors of schools
Angwan doka, Angwan Hawaii
Unity Zone, New Nyanya

"This is to inform the landlords, landladies, tenants of the above area mentioned that the Big Boys (Armed robbers)/cults members will be visiting your area as from 16th October to 18th December 2018

Please the following items should be prepare for the visit
Landlord - N500,000
Tenant with jeep - N500,000
Tenant with one car - N200,000
Proprietor of schools - N500,000
Tenant without work should locate to their home town
Cement distributors - N200,000

Anyone who fail to meet up shall be dealt with. We are coming to steal, to kill and to destroy, also to kidnap.

I don't know what to make of this. Some are calling it a bluff but if it is, why should they drop such a letter at a police officer's house? Maybe the police are involved? What do you guys think this neighbourhood should do?

They are still funny and considerate.

Armed robbery is about to be institutionalized, But God will save Nigeria.

You will see, even the wide circulation of the Memo won't stop them.
Highest, some police will hide in the dark and collect their share from the robbers when they are through.

Then like 30mins later, you will hear gunshots in the air, they will come out from hiding and start harassing innocent citizens
