American actor Vin Diesel has lent his voice to the circumstances surrounding the extension of the release date for the 9th installment in the Fast & Furious franchise.

The movie which was expected to drop in 2019 has been moved to 2020 instead. Actor Tyrese Gibson called out Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson for being responsible for the extension accusing him for making the franchise all about himself.

Vin Diesel however in his statement which he made via his Instagram page stated that the franchise is in need of maintenance and the cast remains family no matter what.
