Nigerian controversial Senator Dino Melaye representing Kogi West at the red chamber, has won "Senator of the Year" award for the second time, at the Annual Senate Press Corps Awards/Dinner in Abuja. The award was presented to him by FCT Minister, Mohammed Bello Musa, who was the special guest of honour at the event.
