Elitecoderng:Who wouldn't want something universal and solid ? Does C multithread like 'almighty' Java? Security? |
Re: Java EE Developer And Spring Developer In Here. by Elitecoderng: 7:37pm On Oct 12, 2017 |
Desyner:use of XML and it lacks a universal database interface |
Re: Java EE Developer And Spring Developer In Here. by Elitecoderng: 7:41pm On Oct 12, 2017 |
Desyner:of course ! C supports multithreading |

Elitecoderng: Spring Boot uses minimal XML intact it's only maven that uses XML, also Symfony in PHP falls into this as it uses heavy XML or yaml. Isn't Hibernate for all database 2 Likes 1 Share |

Elitecoderng:So you had nothing sensible against Spring all along! Use of XML is not sensible excuse. Infact of the tutorial I come across I see them use Java Configuration approach more (I prefer XML). As for the DB excuse, it is actually and advantage as you only have to choose one you like. NodeJS isn't a framework and I see no reason for you jumping into the thread instinctively only to start googling stuff to post here. 1 Like |

pcguru1:God bless you sir. The guy didn't know jack about Spring. He just jumped in and started 'misyarning'. Imagine suggesting NodeJS, a JS engine in place of Spring, a framework. It should be NodeJS vs JVM, but dude thought I was a newbie in programming he could google stuff on the fly to confuse. |
Re: Java EE Developer And Spring Developer In Here. by Elitecoderng: 8:39pm On Oct 12, 2017 |
pcguru1:facades you mean? you don't have to use them. moreover, I'm not a fan of php frameworks. I prefer building from scratch with components as dependencies which are maintained using composer. |

Elitecoderng:You føøled yourself on this thread man. You can only google stuff on the fly to overshadow novice not me. Go and enjoy you "NodeJS framework". |
Re: Java EE Developer And Spring Developer In Here. by Elitecoderng: 8:43pm On Oct 12, 2017 |
Desyner:nodejs runs on libuv which is written in C just like JVM. I wasn't comparing nodejs to spring as a framework, but an option for web development. |
Re: Java EE Developer And Spring Developer In Here. by Desyner: 8:49pm On Oct 12, 2017 |
Elitecoderng:Is Spring synonymous to or tailored for web development alone ? Or is Spring / Java EE written in C too ? Stop lying. You said and I quote "Spring is dead". Yes or No ? |

Desyner:I don't know what's wrong with most people these days, maybe you have been living a fake life online and you find it hard to believe. I'm a student and developer just like you. I research every day, I learn. And I'm more interested in operating system development. have a nice day. |

Elitecoderng:Which multi threading does C support? Educate us. I maybe wrong. I know c as low level and very hands off. |
Re: Java EE Developer And Spring Developer In Here. by Desyner: 9:18pm On Oct 12, 2017 |
Elitecoderng:Challenge yourself to know JavaEE / Spring isn't limited to web development alone. Challenge yourself to know Spring or JavaEE isn't a VM. Challenge yourself to know how not brag blindly. Challenge yourself to know to be a better person Sir. |

Elitecoderng:Bros, you simply dont know what u are talking about. You might as well say that you would never recommend java to anyone because kotlin and python and co are eating its lunch. Spring is a very established and mature framework. The replacements for former frameworks like Struts. You dont know what u are talking about . 1 Like 1 Share |

Re: Java EE Developer And Spring Developer In Here. by asalimpo(m): 9:35pm On Oct 12, 2017 |
Elitecoderng:Enterprise development is broader and wider in scope than web development. It infact encompasses web dev. Entreprise development frameworks will have web development subsets, its like a town in a state. The state contains the town hence the state is greater than the town in scope not vice versa. For example, with web dev, the primary access point is the website. yes it can be optimized for mobile but that's the main transaction point. With enterprise, the interface may be a website, a mobile device or even a non-human agent, the enterprise application must function transparently no matter the access point linking to it. nodejs just cant handle all of these. Nor was it meant to handle all of those. That's y large enterprises use enterprise fitted technlogies like java ee and microsoft equivalents. Pick up a book on java ee etc and really look at what's going on. |
Re: Java EE Developer And Spring Developer In Here. by Desyner: 9:35pm On Oct 12, 2017 |
asalimpo:I tire for the guy. They think everybody is naive and absolutely new to programming concepts. When I choose Java as a language I will learn year back, I did it after pure research and not out of any childish bias like that dude. As a newbie I thought of a language that will enable implement thing on a wider array of platforms[embedded,PC, ServerSide, Web] and my research revealed Java as one good platform for that. These ignorant kids think life is a competition where you pull people down to gain an edge. |
Re: Java EE Developer And Spring Developer In Here. by asalimpo(m): 9:39pm On Oct 12, 2017 |
Elitecoderng:I'll research. google is just a click away. But,if you make a claim, the burden of proof lies on you - not the people you spoke to. So, you should be the one proving ur statements not us. |
Re: Java EE Developer And Spring Developer In Here. by Desyner: 9:41pm On Oct 12, 2017 |
Elitecoderng:Let me give my own little understanding of it. Enterprise is centered around scalability. It involves system that can grow in runtime to accomodate many users. that's why it is built around beans(EJBs - Enterprise Java Beans). |
Re: Java EE Developer And Spring Developer In Here. by Nobody: 10:42pm On Oct 12, 2017 |
According to dzone Node.js on server-class hardware results in heavy utilization of one CPU core while leaving the other CPU cores underutilized... hence, the solution is not scalable enough.Node js is a great framework it can't compete with Java EE PHP/python/ruby/c# can match with JavaEE 2 Likes 1 Share |
Re: Java EE Developer And Spring Developer In Here. by codeManiac(m): 11:02pm On Oct 12, 2017 |
Just when I thought people are wiser that fighting language/framework wars, another one starts again. For the guy arguing spring's death, can you show us what you have done in your shiny new language/framework? And I heard something like legacy?? Where do you think money comes in for the enterprise? node that barely understands its ecosystem? Like I said, am not hear to fight language wars. But saying a framework is dead sounds too non technical IMHO. Languages are tools to solve problems. Until you say a problem Spring cannot solve, hold thy peace! 2 Likes 1 Share |

@codemaniac, I didn't mean to participate in a language/framework war with that dude. |
