with fractional ownership you can buy off, carcass duplexes (terrace,semi) for as low as 25m in highbrow areas that would have costed 70m-90m

this arrangement could be for business or personal ownership. it is also extended to medium and low income areas

the legal title to the properties are clean and clear (deed of partitioning), which are transferable and could be used for mortgage purposes.

it is really a big one and a solution to housing supply.
