Virus scare shuts down schools in Southeast...politicians cash into rumour

Pandemonium broke out this morning in several schools in the southeast as parents frantically withdrew their children and wards from school as the news of military health personnel forcing students and pupils to undergo inoculation at gun point spread all over the social media.
Social media is rift with stories of a killer virus being inoculated on school kids by some individuals. While some say the exercise is being carried out by some nurses recruited by the Anambra State government to kill Anambra youngsters, others are saying that the exercise is a connivance between the federal government and members of the APC.

Anambra State's commissioner for health, Joe Akabuike is on his way to Nnewi Teaching Hospital to ascertain the true situation of things.

Meanwhile, in a press statement signed by Prof. Solo Chukwulobelu, Secretary to Anambra State Government, the government confirmed that an army medical outreach is ongoing in Ozubulu but that the rumour of spread of disease is unfounded.
