I have been hearing missing money here and there since the issue of the NNPC happened. I think this has been the handiwork of Anti-Buhari especially, the Igbos. They really need to be told if they pretend not to know that, it is not a road contract where money is being given out for its execution but rather, an agreement where oil is being lifted and money is being remitted to government's account over a long period of time even after Buhari.
Pls let educate ourselves.
